Bio
Jem Tepe (he/him) is a Pittsburgh and New York-based costume designer currently wardrobe supervising at Barrington Stage Company. He graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 2024. He also has 7+ years of fine arts training from The Long Island Academy of Fine Arts and Rhode Island School of Design. As a trans man, he is passionate about working with other queer artists and putting queer bodies onstage. He is proud to have been mentored by costume designers and makers he looks up to such as Catherine Zuber, Hugh Hanson, Susan Tsu, and Florence D’Lee.
